The hotel has been newly refurbished which is new and clean about everything, I heard of report about weak wifi signal but fortunately not in my room, good breakfast and helpful staffs.
Small room, a bit noisy facing main road, and ventilation is not good unless you open the window wide but at the same time invite a lot of noises. The most important thing is: price on the internet is much more expensive than walk in customers, if you are not going in high season, don't book on the internet in advance.

The services here are friendly and welcoming, and the location couldn't be better near the Westfield shopping center, and the morning breakfast is delicious with freshly cooked items like toast and beans.

Close to tube and sweat idle shopping centre
We were put in the basement room, the room was clean but smelt of smoke. As a couple we didn't like there was a extra single bed in an already cramped room. Couples were fighting in the next room probably due to poor sleep from the 7am breafast in the room above, banging of tables and chairs for 3hrs every morning. Check out is stingy 11am as too is the breakfast times 7-9am. Wouldn't stay again!

The stay was absolutely really great! I truly enjoyed the hotel, it was big size and clean, location was simple and super to westfield shopping mall. I had silent, good room complete with fan, fridge, for instance.

It was clean, nice rooms, very easy to come and go. The breakfast was nice and the staff accommodating when needing to print documents.
The lack of air conditioning combined with the inability to fully open the windows made the room a bit stuffy especially at night.

The staff were great...........nothing seemed a problem for them. And the breakfast was exellent.
I was downstairs...and I wished I could open the window ...a little bit more ......as the weather was hot ( for London ) when I was there.

Location
The hotel was newly renovated but the cleanliness of the room was very poor, me and my family were infected by bed bugs which caused red rash all over our body and we had to seek treatment and the hotel did nothing about it and denied it at first. I definetly do not recommend anyone to go that hotel as it is very dirty and hygene factors are very poor

We liked that it served breakfast every morning. It was somewhat close to the tube and bus lines. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
No elevator, and on a very noisy street. The noise barely died down at night. Also, the shower kept plugging up.
